Spoke to Doctor Ntim about a medication that is for prediabetes. His staff always was extremely helpful, and the doctor always called back promptly. Dr Ntim explained everything to me and was very professional. He was a pleasure talking to and told me if I had any questions, call him. I would highly recommend him.

I arrived on time for an 11am appointment. I expected to wait no more than 15minutes to be called into a room however, I waited an hour and a half!!!! I was not seen by Dr. Medina until 12:30pm. I did let Dr. Medina know how long I waited and also mentioned if it were me that was late he would not see me and charge me a fee. His response was “if you come late I will still see you”. He totally missed the point. He does not value his patients time. I do not recommend him and will be looking for a new Endocrinologist.
