The office staff is friendly and helpful.
I think Dr Fynn is a great doctor who listens to what you have to say and goes over a treatment plan if it's needed and explains everything.

I am a patient of Dr. Medina and he is wonderful but I wish to compliment the staff in the ST. Cloud office. I was having trouble getting my diabetic meds from my pharmacy. After 3 weeks we decided to go to a different supplier. Thank goodness for Sabrina!! She is a Medical Assistant in the office. She helped me get everything I needed and within a very short time I was able to get my medicine. All the ladies in this office are always so kind and helpful, but a special thank you to Sabrina.

Dr. Medina quite literally saved my life. We met in the ICU where he was my lead physician during one of the most critical moments of my health journey.
He is incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and truly goes above and beyond to get to the root cause of what is going on. I never once felt like anything was being overlooked—he made sure every detail was carefully considered.
Most importantly, he gave me hope again when I had none left. I genuinely don’t believe I would be here today without his care and dedication.
I will forever be grateful to Dr. Medina and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor who truly cares about his patients.

The wait is entirely to long I got there at
1:45 pm and did not leave until 3:15 I
Think it was that is entirely to long at all
My time is as important as the Drs time

I have been with Dr Kinaan for sometime now managing my diabetes- I am so grateful for his continued patience diligence understanding and empathy when addressing any concerns . Dr Kinaan will always give you a rationale why he suggests any form of treatment and will address any misperceptions which may be in one’s mind with the science attributed to the particular treatment advocated - I highly recommend Dr Kinaan and his office staff who are always diligent empathetic and accommodating for any concerns - 5 stars now and always. - Thank You so much !!
