Yolanda earned her Doctor of Medicine in 1994 from the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, and practiced as an internal medicine physician until she relocated to the United States in 1998.
Yolanda graduated from Miami Dade Community College in 2003 and has worked as a registered nurse in the ICU/CVICU field for over 15 years. She graduated from South University - Orlando Learning Center with her master’s degree in nursing in 2018.
Today, Yolanda is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She focuses on providing the highest quality care and maintains a direct line of communication with her patients and her health care team. To better serve patients, Yolanda speaks both English and Spanish.
